After spending few days with Saharia Tribes I can say that they are landless and their forests are being destroyed.
Although,schools are setup and children are being educated by the government but their source of earnings have deteriorated .Health facilities are negligible and they are unaware of deadly diseases like Malaria,Typhoid,Aids.Even most of them don't know their age and  their rights.
Ngo's are taking care of them but still  they are disconnected with the world.

The Saharia are found mainly in Morena, Bhind, Gwalior, Datia, Shivpuri and Guna districts of Madhya Pradesh and parts of Rajasthan .The Sahariyas are expert woodsmen and forest produce gatherers. They are particularly skilled in making catechu from khair trees.
